The Pilates programme begins at a low level, advancing in stages depending on your fitness level. We may stop the exercise session because of signs of fatigue or excessive strain. It is important for you to realise that you may stop when you wish because of feelings of fatigue or any other discomfort.

There exists the possibility of certain dangers when exercising; they include (but are not limited to): abnormal blood pressure, fainting, irregular, fast or slow heart rhythm, and in rare instances, heart attack, stroke or death. Whilst every care will be taken, it is impossible to predict the body's exact response to exercise. Every effort will be made to minimise these risks by evaluation of preliminary information relating to your health and fitness and by observations during exercising. Revive Physio Pilates may refuse participants to join the class if we feel they are not appropriate for the class due to their general health.

Privacy and Data Protection Policy

When booking onto a Revive Physio Pilates class we require you to share your personal information as part of the health screen, to ensure you are suitable for the class and to allow us to tailor the class to your needs. We require your contact information in order to inform you of class cancellations, gain feedback from your sessions or for marketing promotion. For these purposes we may contact you by e-mail or telephone. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please contact us via e-mail.

Any information gathered from your booking form will be stored on our Wix.com website platform for a minimum of 8 years as per NHS England’s Record Management Code of Practise. If you have any significant changes to your health or any contact details change please contact us on enquiries@revivephysiopilates.com.

The privacy policy for Wix.com states that:

'The processing of personal information shall take place within the territory of the European Union, Israel or a third country, territory or one or more specified sectors within that third country of which the European Commission has decided that it ensures an adequate level of protection and such processing and transfer will be in accordance to the Data Processing Addendum – Users (“DPA"). Any transfer to and Processing in a third country outside the European Union that does not ensure an adequate level of protection according to the European Commission, shall be conducted under an approved transfer mechanism, as detailed in the DPA

The transmission of sensitive payment information (such as a credit card number) through our designated purchase forms is protected by an industry standard SSL/TLS encrypted connection; and we regularly maintain a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) certification. We also regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks, and regularly seek new ways and Third Party Services for further enhancing the security of our Services and protection of our Visitors’ and Users’ privacy.

Social Media Features may collect certain Personal Information from your Users-of-Users such as identifiers, including name, alias, unique personal identifier, online identifier, internet protocol address, email address, or other similar identifiers. Social Media Features are hosted either by a third party or directly on our Services.

Regardless of the measures and efforts taken by Wix, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute protection and security of your Users-of-Users’ Personal Information or any other information you upload.'

Revive Physio Pilates use Google forms to gather information about class participants prior to their classes and also to gain feedback following the classes. All files uploaded to Google Drive or created in Forms are encrypted in transit and at rest. Google Forms regularly undergo independent verification of their security, privacy, and compliance controls. Revive Physio Pilates control your data. Google forms never use your Forms content for ad purposes and never sell your personal information to third parties.

Revive Physio Pilates will never sell or share your personal information to any third parties.

It is your right to request a copy of your personal data stored with Revive Physio Pilates. Should you wish to, please make this request in writing to Revive Phyiso Pilates.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

Only essential cookies and scripts are loaded when entering and using our webpage. If you navigate away from our site for example to social media platforms or Google Maps, we cannot control the cookies used and their local cookies and privacy policies would apply.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is offered within 48 hours of making your booking. Regrettably full refunds cannot be given if a block booking is cancelled after 48 hours of booking. Once a block has started, no refunds will be issued for cancelled or missed classes and we are currently unable to offer swaps for missed classes. We understand that cancellations may occur due to unavoidable or unpredicted circumstances, if you need to cancel please contact us via e-mail at enquiries@revivephysiopilates.com with as much notice as possible and allowances may be given in exceptional circumstances.

Use of recording/live stream/photography

The sessions may be recorded/streamed Live via Zoom during the class (using an phone/camera on a tripod)

It will just be the instructors mat in shot however audio from class members will be picked up.

The instructor may also occasionally take photographs during the class to use for marketing on the website and social media. If you do not consent to this please make it clear to the instructor or contact us on enquiries@revivephysiopilates.com.
