Revive Physio Pilates was founded by Emily Wood, a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience, most recently as a Senior Physiotherapist working in musculoskeletal outpatients. She has worked with people with a range of conditions, including; lower back pain, arthritis and post injury. She has trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and is a certified APPI Pilates Instructor.

Emily is passionate about helping people stay active and lead healthier and happier lives. She aims to use her background as a musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to help make suitable adaptions to exercises.

Our vision is to provide a supportive Pilates class where people feel confident to exercise, to help manage their symptoms of musculoskeletal conditions long term.
